Update: Nintendo dropped the ball? Go with KickStarter + Pokemon Dual Pack... should be le$$ + Nintendo Direct Nov. 5th (2014)

Well that sucks... Nintendo!

Apparently Nintendo didn't approve of a game we had the pleasure of knowing about, but I surely hope that the indie developer uses that as motivation to create the game for PC (we can't say anything, but NDAs are NDAs). That sucks though, we think the game would've rivaled some heavy weights... and it would've been on Nintendo Platforms (yes... with an "s").

I was told that Nintendo would still like for them to develop the game for their platforms, but the developer is on the fence because if they didn't believe in it enough to work out a 2nd party agreement... they're better off developing it for PC because that's what the budget allows (and connectivity will be easier). The downside to that is that another game won't end up on Nintendo... but if it turns out to be as huge as I personally believe it could be, it would suck for them (because they could've been the potential publisher).

Don't sleep on... considering KickStarter!

The Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire dual pack... is cool (but)

This dual pack is nice... but (sigh) it would be even better if it were around $10 less (why they didn't... heck if we know). The in-game bonus is okay... but if you could gain sales from this item because of the money that could be saved on it (compared to buying them separately), it would've been even better. It's not a big deal if someone was going to buy both and wouldn't mind a dual pack... but for the people buying one of the two (because of the total cost), some probably would've given this purchase more thought.

In the least... at least there is a bonus for buying the dual pack, because there didn't have to be anything. Nintendo, consider price incentives!

Delays... delays... delays

We were planning to do something before the end of the year, but snags have pushed it back. It wasn't the fault of anyone on the team... but once things are ready another team member should chime in, as we aim to deliver more content to you. Ooohhh, what's that you ask? You'll have to wait and see. :p

Nintendo has more to show and tell, class. Nintendo Direct Nov. 5 (2014) is here!

Keep your eyes peeled (not literally) because the upcoming Nintendo Direct will be providing... updates on upcoming titles for the 3DS & Wii U. What else could they possibly show us about upcoming games? That's a very good question, and... I look forward finding out! I'm waiting to hear more news about additional games though, having good games in between the releases of huge games... keeps the interest flowing (another reason why I was boggled by the update of the first topic). Anyway... i'm still excited, and we all agree that it would be sick if the commentator for the SSB trailer did this episode of Nintendo Direct also (it just gets ya... all excited don't it?!).

This episode will land at 2pm (PT)/5pm (ET)! www.nintendo.com/nintendo-direct
