Nintendo event + Sonic Boom or Sonic fizzle? + Cooking contest... to win Senran Kagura figures + Yadda Yadda Yadda

It's Saturday... game it up this weekend with friends, great food, and plenty of Yaddas!

Time has really been flying by... I had to stop a few times and make sure I didn't grow wings; kidding... just a little cheesiness to go along with your day. By the way... don't miss out on your Club Nintendo bonuses from the purchase of Super Smash Bros on Wii U & 3DS. In the mean time... play some local multiplayer and get your grub on. The clock is ticking on a... "Yadda" that might happen early 2015 (or beforehand).

Get a smashing soundtrack and Mewtwo DLC

Sonic Boom: Rise of Glitches?... ahhh!

Our review of Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric is in! The review was written with a side of frustration... and a large cup of WTF?! The specifics of the w.t.f. vary... but check it out and you'll understand why.

The... Senran Kagura "Super Dish Showdown Contest" ends Monday (Nov. 24th, 2014), if you like to cook... this could be something for you to do this weekend. Here is the information sent to us by the XSeed Team.

There's still plenty of time! Enter the Super Dish Showdown Contest and show off your culinary prowess! Whip up the most delectable-looking dish you can think of and send us a photo. Whoever submits the dish that wows us and gets our stomachs rumbling the most will receive a set of adorable SENRAN KAGURA mini-figures, featuring the girls of Hanzo National Academy! These figures were exclusive to the Japanese Limited Edition of SENRAN KAGURA SHINOVI VERSUS, so they're a highly coveted prize!
Great at decorating cakes? Skilled in the art of bento-making? Maybe you just make the most artistic-looking burgers on the planet? Whatever your jam is, make it into a nice spread! Donut be a couch potato, get up and make an eggcellent dish! You butter do it before you run out of thyme!

The contest will be running through Monday 11/24. Please send pictures of your food in jpg form to comments@xseedgames.com with the subject line "SenranKagura Food Art". Five winners will be chosen by the XSEED staff!

Fry your best and gouda luck!

To all the businesses out there... (I just had to get this out first) if you have an advertisement for a game, and it releases... (do gamers a favor) and actually put it out on your shelves (so that we have the option to buy it). Selling them is the key (unless you have some sinister plan to lose business or something).

Hook a gamer up this Holiday!
