There are all types of deals going on... pretty good ones at that, so if you have a few extra bucks on ya, don't miss out. Summer can be a bit on the slow side for those with nothing to do and unable to vacation... but no matter if you're at home, work, on a beach somewhere (or even at your Grand Parents house), game when you can!
You know what game we feel should've been available this summer? SPLATOON!!! Mario Kart 8 is out, and that's great... but a great change of pace title like Splatoon would've been right on time in Summer 2014, and could've given racers a break from the track. The look and feel of Splatoon... actually takes me back (and reminds me of a feel good title on the Sega Dreamcast, almost like a Jet Set Radio... minus the skating (and ink instead of spray paint; some tricks would be cool to be able pull off while flying through the air).
It's too bad Watch Dogs isn't ready for the Wii U either, these Summer months probably would've given it an even greater chance to gain even more attention and sales... while later months are bringing some pretty awesome games the title would have to compete with. Hyrule Warriors is coming in September, but there should be a couple of great game released in the summer months. Luckily... there are plenty of games on sale(some seen below).
