Mario Golf + Multiplayer on Nintendo x Sony x Android x Apple? YES!

Cross-platform multiplayer is actually coming with Pure Chess, which is headed to the 3DS & Wii U on March 20th.

I'm curious to see how it works out, I hope it works out great, and really promotes cross-play a lot more... not even for unknowns playing unknowns for the most part, but to allow friends and family with various devices to enjoy game time together. I'm not exactly sure when Nintendo gamers will be able to play fellow gamers that own Sony platforms, but the option to play against Android and iOS users will be available.

If you weren't aware of the pricing, it is... £4.99 / €5.99 / $7.99, so if you like chess and would like to check this out... go for it. I could see Wii U and iPad users having a similar experience, but the gamepad is a second screen... so you may see the overall board on the gamepad while seeing a dynamic camera angle on the TV. The 3DS may have a similar set up as well.

Mario Golf: World Tour... yes, this game will be released on the 3DS (May 2, 2014), but it should also be released on the Wii U with cross-platform compatibility!

The argument when it comes to Mario Golf on the Wii U, would probably be the existence of Wii Sports Golf... but it isn't the same. Perhaps they could find a way to make one work in favor of the other (to boost sales), like if you purchase Mario Golf on the Wii U... you get Wii Sports Golf for free or half price.

Looking at this image, I know the game would look absolutely beautiful on the Wii U. Is there anywhere Mario & Crew can't go and not be able to breathe? None of it is real though, so no need to think too hard about the question. If you want the game for $29.99 on the 3DS, check it out here.

Yadda-yadda: Complaints about sexiness in gaming? Here we go again.  :' |

Is it me, or is Senran Kargura Burst getting attention for something that isn't new (not only) in gaming... but also in TV, music videos, movies, etc.? Sexiness gets to some people (whether its based on insecurities, etc.), and granted sometimes you may sit back and wonder "What the hell?!" especially when it comes to the age range (that would be me), but that's where constructive criticism comes into play (and where it needs to APPLY ACROSS THE BOARD).

Contact who needs to be contacted about certain things like this (in entertainment), but it shouldn't be entirely X'd out (minus underage in appropriateness), and I will tell you why. There are people of various shapes and sizes with certain features that vary in sizes also (that's life and no one should be treated differently because of these things)... when it comes to age appropriateness though... that's the thing to keep in mind, but again this needs to be applied across the board because there are underage males that are also made to look a certain way (in movies, etc.).

So even if a kid - teen (17 & under) has such "features", they shouldn't be shown off in a sexual way.
It can't be okay for one form of entertainment when it isn't okay for another though, sooo... just keep that in mind (aka when one is affected, they all need to be). When it comes to adult characters though... there really isn't much to argue if the content is rated for the appropriate age group, parenting will be required to make sure that kids are not getting their hands on it. If some kids get their hands on it though, its not the fault of the people who took the appropriate steps to make it obvious that their product is not for kids... that's on the parent/guardian.

If certain content contains people of age, with physical features presented in a way that's sexual and certain (age appropriate) consumers do not approve... that would simply boil down to preference more so than whats appropriate, because forms of entertainment will vary. Even if its not packed with sexiness, some feel that a person's features are a bit too much at times... but that boils down to ridiculous discrimination.
