Nintendo Prevails in ITC Case involving the Nintendo 3DS, celebrate with full episodes of Inazuma Eleven on the eShop!

More games available(?)... great! : ] More fanboy responses about a past post(?)... great! : /

Innovations come with their share of attacks, and Nintendo gets plenty of them, but they are persistent in the fight to ensure that no claims are not rewarded if they aren't legit. I could totally see Reggie in the courtroom ready to duke it out for the big N... after all, his body is ready.

Responses response anonymous responses... no need to be afraid, we don't bite!

I received more responses about the post (where the guy defines what a hardcore gamer is) and they mention the Xbox One (aka the hardcore gamer's console according to one). Did we bring up the console in that post at all(?)... but Xbox One supposedly "...didn't get a fair break this time around but we're too blind to see that" according to anonymous (because of *****es like us). lol

Sorry, but... Nintendo-Demand doesn't slam any company doing right by consumers, but who caused them to end up with an unfair break?... wait... wasn't that because of Microsoft? Interesting... isn't Microsoft the company responsible for the XB1? Sooooo... how is that anyone else's fault beyond their own and EX-employees like Adam Orth? Did they NOT try to piss on consumers the way things were set up?

The argument to defend that kind of crap is 100% dumb, and is an oxymoron when one of these hardcore-for-corporate-greed-gamers mentions that gaming isn't the same anymore (as a bad thing), but who is the cause of that? Fanboys and girls that support crappy practices, that's who... for these what the flip type of situations when they occur.

It's funny though, why does the Feb 17, 2014 post = Xbox One? EA was brought up, but I guess it hit too close to home. So we have to make sure not to mention anything bad about any company that may upset a fan, even if it is a ripoff. Hmmm... nah, that won't work, sorry.

There was more pointless arguments and hate towards the Wii U than valid ones towards the XB1, so who really ended up with the "unfair" break? I don't want any company to end up in such a position, I want them to aim to do what is right by us, and I don't feel bad about that because that's what they are being paid to do.

It's an exchange... money for goods & services, not for crap & disservice.

The weekend is so close, it's practically breathing down our necks... it's game time!
