Free Pokemon X or Y? Say... whaaattt?!!!! Did Nintendo listen to our request about a Pokemon tournament? Well... It's happening!

The title says it all, and I don't know about you... but free is a beautiful thing when the free involves something awesome. There is a catch though, but if you were going this route anyway... consider it more so a hook up.

If you register a Nintendo 3DS (XL) or 2DS and Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, or Yoshi's New Island between March 1st and March 31st (2014)... you will receive a download code for your choice of Pokemon X or Y (which must be redeemed by May 31, 2014).

For all you UK Pokemon owners... lucky you, because your training and battle experience may just pay off in the Pokemon X & Pokemon Y: Battle Tournament 2014 (click the link to register). It's literally just around the corner, and will run from March 1st - April 5th (2014) with the grand final happening April 26th (2014). Good luck and I hope the tournament is in a place set up like an actual arena (remember one of our posts from a few months back requesting such a thing?).

The tiers are broken into 4 categories:
  • Ultimate Pokemon Expert - Age 13+
  • Junior Pokemon Expert - Age 12 and younger
  • Ultimate Pokemon Team - Age 12 and younger & 16+
  • Pokemon Apprentice - Newcomers

By the way, for all those that want us to dismiss the Wii U... that's just not going to happen. If games don't come out on the other consoles at a fast pace... should they be dismissed also? No?... well the same rules have to apply all around.

If you find yourself complaining about those consoles also (which i'm not singling you out, ____x... though you've been playing the crap out of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze), enjoy the platforms receiving new releases until your newer consoles have more games. If you don't want the consoles though... hook someone else up by giving them away, why keep systems you supposedly hate? ;)

Nintendo-Demand doesn't promote anyone to dismiss their choice consoles, game on... give the bias a break and have some fun. If analysts takes the front seat before your gaming enjoyment... you're sacrificing time that you can't get back (ever), unless you prefer that more. Valid solutions are one thing (and your help may provide a positive impact... there is nothing wrong with that)... but yapping just to yap is pointless (even if it can be fun at times). :p

What do you feel could make a positive impact on a company beyond just wishing they'd disappear?
