Don't know how to reach the Congressional Lawmakers (for your State) in order to speak out against the desire some have to kill Free & Open Internet? Well... the info is below, but first...

I know a lot of you are probably tired of the whole Net Neutrality fight between the those that want free open internet, and the greedy who want another way to increase the profit margins... but the fight continues!

These companies can't say there is no other reason for them to fight so hard to completely end free & open internet... other than to increase their profit, but they are trying.

One of the more recent arguments is that it will help disabled people. You heard that right... (take a second to let out a good old "WTF?!"), we'll wait. ......................
...............................
............................

Greed is stopping at nothing to piss on you and I (and based on reports... those specific lobbyist are powered by Verizon). They are arguing that the need for a fast-lane internet is essential for certain special services used by disabled people. That's 100% BS, there have been businesses running with net neutrality up, and have been using all sorts of advance technologies and services that have been adopted for the use of helping the physically and mentally challenged. My friend was deaf and used relay services just fine to communicate, so its a dirty move for them to try and use the mentally and physically challenged as pawns for profit.

If its so important to them, hows about they take a page out of Google's book and provide faster internet (like Google Fiber) specifically for those with specific challenges?

Hows about they discount their freaking internet so that they can get the fastest speeds at a rate that can be paid within the realm of their monthly income? Better yet, give it to them free if its so important, but I hope that you know like we know... that money is the motivation. On top of that, wouldn't this have been one of the initial arguments to kill free & open internet?

Free & Open internet is not a hardware or software that prevents a company from providing faster internet, internet has been hindered for a reason.

All these companies are doing is proving that the internet could've been faster through existing connections all along. If we could access websites faster, it should've happened already... regardless of free & open internet.

They are big companies because people are paying to keep their greedy butts afloat. If there is a legit internet service provider out there with the objective of simply providing good internet without an agenda to crap on everyone (and refuses to sell to anyone)... may they take the lions share of customers in the U.S. because some companies don't seem to understand until there is the risk that their doors will close for good.

You can reach out to these Congressional Lawmakers also:
http://beta.congress.gov/members

PS- For those that feel ISPs should be able to have their way when it comes to the internet... even though they are providing service that almost become worthless when quality is downgraded for the sake of them profiting from internet companies (who likely pay for some sort of service themselves), save those comments for posts that are pro-killing of free & open internet (which won't be seen on Nintendo-Demand).

To hell with their profit margins being increased on that end, because if we can barely access the websites we use the internet for... then that would ultimately screw the greedy ISP in the long run also because what good would the internet be at that point (through their service at least)?

Microsoft couldn't play with gamers, they are singing a different tune now (regardless of who defended their BS), and more companies need to understand that optional services and purchases rely on our decision to invest. Trying to piss on someone one is one helluva risk... that deserves something far from an award (unless its the Worst Company award).

Battlefield Hardline + Pushmo World + Swords & Soldiers 2 + Yaddas

Battlefield Hardline? Lets hope it works without the need for multiple updates to fix problems!

Bad boys... bad boys... whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for youuuuuuuu? Who am I talking about? I'm talking about SWAT in the upcoming Battlefield Hardline game, this game (coming in Fall 2014) will be centered around Swat & Criminals. I want this game to be successful, and if they've built an even more stable game with BFH, then props will be given (if the game is good)... other than that... paranoia is still in play. I hope that EA has learned from BF4, but i'm just not that confident that they have, we will just have to wait and see. The game will be available on PC, PS4, PS3, XB360, and XB1 (don't hold your breath when it comes to a Wii U version).

Remember this comment from EA Games Label Executive Vice President Patrick Söderlund:
“Electronic Arts released Mass Effect 3 and FIFA 13 for the Wii U, but currently we’re focusing our resources on Xbox One and PS4, so it’s a fact that the priority (of the Wii U) is slightly lower. However making Frostbite 3 work on the Wii U is not impossible. Where there are gamers, we’ll be there as well. This is the true meaning of “omnidirectional”

Speaking of the Wii U, there are some happy and not so happy gamers talking about Wii U's sales surpassing the PS4's in Japan. As long as both of these companies are able to keep themselves running and doing well in the name of their customers... we don't really give a crap, but increased Wii U sales isn't a bad thing and Mario Kart 8 is likely the reason behind the increased console sales. We know people excited about the game and they only game on PC, you may have some additional house guests

One of those great 3DS exclusives are finally coming to the Wii U
I felt that Pushmo should've been on both systems anyway with the ability to share puzzles cross-platform. Pushmo World's title makes me feel that this game is going to be a lot bigger, but we need to see it before that can be confirmed. Nintendo is usually good at increasing the size of a console title versus its handheld version, and one of the titles reviewed (Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword) would be a game i'd love to see on the Wii U. I think that the world would be stunning, in addition to the gaming being amazing. The towns could be bigger, the story could be played out with a lot more depth, and we could be given the ability to do a lot more with the character. This Wii U game gets me excited about the possibilities.

From Harvest Moon... to Story of Seasons

Xseed contacted us yesterday to give us the scoop on this continuation of Harvest Moon with this new beginning in the Bokujo Monogatari franchise.

Head of development (Yoshifumi Hashimoto) said "We are creating a new experience that will carry on the spirit of Bokujo Monogatari, and in doing so, will fulfill our loyal fans' expectations and desires while ushering in a new generation of games to come."

So it sounds like they plan to please fans instead of just changing things all together like some unfortunately do to their franchises leaving some fans pissed off. In this game you will have the option of fully customizing your character (lets just see how "fully" customizable they'll truly be) beyond gender, hairstyle, and facial features. You should also be able to customize and expand your farm with total freedom to shape it as you wish.

There will also be multiplayer and StreetPass connectivity, allowing you tour farms, exchange gifts, etc. You will also have the ability to use decorative items from Super Mario Bros like... Super Mushroom, Super Star, and the Fire Flower. It would be cool if you could grow these things, and it may be a possibility, but we have no idea. XSeed will be located at the West Hall booth #5436 at E3 2014... so feel free to inquire (if you're going).

Story of Seasons will be released exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS this coming Winter.

Swords & Soldiers 2's reveal trailer looks great!

The 1st game is currently available on the 3DS & Wii U eShops, and it appears that Ronimo has gone back in the lab to produce another hand drawn axe-fest full of fun. In this version they've appeared to have gone even further off the road of normal with the non-human enemies, and I expect various new challenges to overcome. CHARRRRRGE!
