It's a New Year... went to sleep late and I woke up staring down the butt crack of dawn like "why?!". That's not the best combination, but I woke up with something that resembles energy and jumped into the (now) 2nd episode of 2015 (compliments of ISG)... so lets do it!
Mistakes happen... but their focus is PC, sooo someone must have been enjoying the ole DS a whole lot lately. There is always room for a great game (no matter what platform your job focuses on), and actually makes me think of all the Nintendo games emulated on PC and Mobile... some of which are played by people who seem to be fanboys for acceptance, while playing the fluff out of Nintendo games (elsewhere).
The other videos will be posted as they come available.
Its 2015, so here's a list of resolutions that should be considered by... some gamers:
1.) "Don't be a poser!" - Play what you like because... you like it (easy).
Also... "Gaming is not a photo shoot", there are people out there that use it for other means like modeling and placing a stamp on it like... "Girl Gamer" or "Gamer", and its well and good... just don't confuse "that" with gaming (if they game... great, if they don't really game, what is it?). BFG was talking with Little Bear this past weekend about it... and how changes are obvious in gaming culture. Its not shocking that changes in gaming have happened, because... there are people that have different outlooks and have been born in different times with more options to game. They were talking about it in the sense that... back then, did it really matter what someone looked like? When Street Fighter 2 first hit the SNES & Genesis in the US... no one was running to get the best looking gamer to take on another good looking gamer, it was about seeing who was better at that time (if they looked good they looked good... kudos to them but skills were the thing and it isn't exclusive to tourney gamers).

2.) "Don't be a fanboy!" - Enjoying a companies games and hardware... doesn't require you to go to war for them, you won't win a war based on preference (you won't find 100% of gamers liking the... exact... same... games and features).
3.) "Appreciate a variety of gaming!" - Hey... you can have a favorite type of game and even a favorite genre... but beware because you risk being burned out. How often can you eat your favorite type of food back to back... before it starts to taste like, crap?
4.) "Lighten up!" - You're "playing" games... so try to have a blast (at least an ounce of the time). ;) You have gamers making death threats... when they don't win, instead of getting better, and some even find themselves facing legal trouble. It's not that serious... and unless someone is all about "you" winning, a good majority will careless about your wins because they're out to get their own.
If all else fails... stick to 1 player/offline gaming (it's a lot less expensive than lawyer & bail). Just in case you're wondering... none of us have ever been arrested. :p
5.) "Don't support/defend cash grabs!" - We have a collective opportunity to send a message to Developers and Publishers that release partial games sold at full price... so at least try not to support these types of games.
The first... Nintendo Direct of 2015 is here!

Don't miss out on Nintendo Direct, it will be touching down... Jan. 14th (2014) at 6am pt/9am et, and the focus is on the games headed our way in Spring 2015 on the Wii U & 3DS. I hope there are a few surprises in there, but... who knows with Nintendo, we're excited though (big smile). I can't let this go without saying this... I hope that they reserve Splatoon for Summer time, its a game that's perfect for that season (in my opinion). If it comes out... that's cool, I just see it having a bigger impact in the summer when the new graduates, etc. have more time.
